1 to 1 Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is a unique approach to health in which we help you to learn different yoga techniques and practices that can support you on your road to better health. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and will look very different for everyone. These sessions are priced on a sliding scale to be able to make this service as accessible as possible. Yoga For Wellbeing

Do you struggle with stress, anxiety or low mood?

 

Would you like to learn skills that can help you make long lasting changes for you mental health and wellbeing?

Health Through Yoga CIC is offering a free course in yoga and mindfulness to improve mental health and wellbeing, funded by the national lottery.

​

Throughout this course you will learn practical skills that you can use in everyday life. This is an opportunity to make positive and proactive changes to help yourself feel well.

 

This course runs in 6 week blocks and includes weekly group classes. There will be time after each class for tea and conversation and you will also be offered a one to one yoga therapy session to give you any extra support needed.

While priority for places will be given to those on low income anyone is welcome to apply.

Yoga For All

A gentle, easy going yoga class suitable for beginners.

​

Improve your health and wellbeing in a supportive and relaxed way. Chair and mat options available.

If you would like to try yoga but find that your physical or mental health or financial situation prevents you from doing so then this class is for you.

​

Funded by Sport England this class aims to make yoga accessible for everyone.​

​

This class is offered for free. However, if you are working and feel able to make a small donation to help the work we do we would appreciate your support.
